This 90 minute session is tailored to meet your individual needs and address any nutritional concerns you may have. We will work together to develop a nutrition treatment plan for you after a complete assessment, including:

  • Personalized meal plan
  • Nutrition education on your areas of focus
  • Coordination with outside health care providers, as appropriate
