A Year in Review: The Top 12 Blog Posts of 2018

To say this year has been a whirlwind is an understatement. Filled with highs and lows, I feel nothing but gratitude for all I have learned, the people I’ve connected to, and the opportunities to grow as a person and with my loved ones.

Our year started off with the birth of our 5th baby, who was born at the end of January. Balancing a private practice, online business, and motherhood definitely brought its share of challenges and is something I continue to navigate through in the journey of being a working mom.

My wonderful husband and I also celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary. Commemorating a decade of love has been a beautiful milestone, as we’ve been through a lot together having 5 kids in 10 years of marriage.

It’s also been such a joy to continue writing for this blog and nurture a community of wonderful people from around the world. We’ve connected over so many different topics, like motherhood, pregnancy, postpartum, feeding our kids, family meals, and finding recovery and freedom from an eating disorder.

I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for YOU. Thank you for being here and part of this community, thank you for following along this journey, sharing your feedback, and reading these blog posts. None of this would be possible without you, so thank you from the bottom of my heart.

So without further ado, these were the top 12 most read blog posts from this past year:
